What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on manual therapy and engaging therapeutic exercises Motivate and educate patients to achieve their recovery goals Maintain clear and timely EMR documentation (WebPT/TheraBill experience a plus) Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team of professionals Promote a welcoming and inspiring environment for patients What We’re Looking For Active New York State Physical Therapy License (required) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy Excellent communication skills and a friendly, upbeat personality Strong ability to connect with patients and build trust Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation package with bonus potential 401(k) with up to 4% employer match 2 weeks paid vacationContinuing Education (CEUs) reimbursement up to $1,000 annually Flexible schedule and supportive work environment Opportunities for continuing education and professional development A fun, motivated, and caring team that feels like family How to Apply Ready to make a difference?
