Job Title: Pediatric Care Tech Req #: 0000244422 Category: CNA / Nurse Aide Status: Part-Time Shift: Evening Facility: RWJ New Brunswick Department: Pediatric ICU Pay Range: $20.11 - $28.67 per hour Location: One Robert Wood Johnson Place, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Job Summary RWJBH is seeking a Clinical Care Technician for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital on our New Brunswick campus. This is a part time, evening position with 3 eight-hour shifts per week. Responsibilities: Take vital signs, assist or provide patients with bedside care and feedings. Assist with unit-specific patient care tasks under the direction of unit leadership, charge RN, and nursing supervisors. Assist with cleaning unit-specific patient equipment and stocking unit-specific carts as trained. Education & Qualifications: American Heart Association CPR required. Work under the direction of unit leadership, charge RN, and nursing supervisors to provide care to the patients on the unit. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required within one year of hire. Candidates without a diploma/GED will be offered the opportunity to enroll in a GED/HSEA program at time of hire as a condition of employment.
