Clinical Rehab Liaison

Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to coordinate and manage inpatient rehabilitation referrals and admissions. In this role, you will conduct clinical assessments, collaborate with physicians, case managers, and payers, and guide patients and families through the rehab admission process. You’ll ensure appropriate level of care, secure insurance authorizations, and support smooth transitions from acute care to inpatient rehab. Working in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment, you’ll contribute to clinical excellence while growing professionally through specialty training and leadership opportunities.
