D&G is seeking a Senior Joint Education Program Manager to support graduate-level academic program coordination and joint education initiatives. This role requires an experienced professional with extensive direct engagement with academic institutions and a strong understanding of program management, curriculum development, and instructional assessment. The selected candidate will serve as a senior liaison between defense stakeholders and academic partners, ensuring program effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You Will Do Interface routinely with graduate-level academic institutions regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations. Serve as the primary liaison between academic partners and program leadership. Support development, analysis, and refinement of lesson plans and academic programming. Apply appropriate pedagogical methods to curriculum design and assessment. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on instructional and performance outcomes. Support coordination of academic schedules, documentation, and institutional requirements. Contribute to strategic planning efforts supporting joint education initiatives. Develop executive-ready reports, assessments, and briefing materials for senior leadership. What We Are Looking For Required Minimum of 10 years of direct experience routinely interfacing with graduate-level academic institutions regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations. Demonstrated working knowledge of program management principles. Experience developing, analyzing, improving, and assessing lesson plans using appropriate pedagogical methods. Experience coordinating complex education or training programs. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage academic and senior-level stakeholders. Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred. Clearance and Eligibility Active TS/SCI clearance required.
