Software Solutions Architect

Looking for a lead architect to drive enterprise modernization and technical strategy for large-scale public sector systems. Position Overview Role: Software Solutions Architect Location: Lansing, MI (Local candidates within 90 miles required) Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Onsite Wednesdays & Thursdays (Mondays, Tuesdays, & Fridays remote) Interview Process: Round 1: 60-Minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (Video & Screen Share required) Round 2: In-Person Interview Key Qualifications Required Skills & Baseline Criteria: Salesforce Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or FSL). Certifications: 2 3 active Salesforce Certifications required . Technical Stack (5+ Years): Hands-on expertise with Java , SQL , and SOAP/REST Web Services . CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience designing and executing CI/CD pipelines (pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated testing/code reviews). Requirements & Design (5+ Years): Demonstrated ability translating complex business requirements into enterprise technical solution architectures. Education: Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, or a related field. Preferred Highlights Salesforce Architect Certification (Application or System Architect).
