CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our regional fleet is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to operate routes based out of Montgomery, Alabama. Positions offer consistent freight and mileage, regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package effective from the first day of employment. Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities. Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction. Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Minimum qualifications: Valid CDL‑A license. Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required. Satisfactory driving record and a commitment to safe driving practices. Ability to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test. This position provides stable W‑2 employment, consistent freight, modern equipment, and an operations team focused on supporting drivers as they develop safe, productive careers.
