Restaurant opens in Orland Park this November. We're hiring two Assistant Managers to run shifts alongside the GM from day one.
What you'll do: run the floor on your shifts, open and close, handle guest issues before they become reviews, manage labor in real time, coach servers and hosts, coordinate with the kitchen, cash handling and daily reporting, and step in wherever the shift needs you — which on some nights means running food.
What we're looking for: two or more years in restaurant management, or a strong shift lead ready to move up. You stay calm when the dining room is full and ticket times climb. You'd rather fix a problem than explain it. Full-service experience preferred. Evening and weekend availability required. Bilingual Arabic or Spanish is a plus.
Where it goes: we're opening with two AMs and expect to promote from within. If you want a GM seat in a few years, this is a real path.
