- # Patient Transport Associate - PT Day - Jefferson AbingtonApply: Montgomery County, PA: Part time: Posted Today: End Date: October 12, 2026 (2 days left to apply): REQ-0032848**Number of Positions In Requisition**1**Job Details**Primary Responsibilities: Transports patients to their inpatient beds and/or to other areas such as surgery, therapy, or radiology in a safe and timely manner. Maintains and cleans equipment. Complies with established PPE requirements necessary for protection against exposure to blood and other potentially infectious body fluids, chemical disinfectants, radiation, and other hazardous substances. Abides by all Infection Control Policies i.e. Hand Hygiene, Equipment Decontamination.**Job Description****Essential Functions:**Transport of patient: includes lifting and moving patient, movement to designation with appropriate equipment. Monitor patient's status enroute and respond to changes in patient condition.
