Plant Inventory Control Associate - Kitting

About the Role Plant Inventory Control Associate – Kitting – responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensuring proper inventory rotation, storage, and compliance with Niagara policies. Essential Functions Navigate an advanced ERP system to execute inbound and outbound inventory operations. Create purchase orders for pallets, airgas, and other materials. Process recycle, destruction loads, and non-conforming material in Agile. Coordinate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs with all involved parties. Verify true-time inventory transaction records in the ERP system. Complete Oracle transaction activities from receiving into inventory, WIP, or non-conforming inventories. Perform daily audits and maintain a comprehensive cycle-count program to ensure inventory integrity. Compile records by SKU, quantity, and sub-inventories; validate Oracle inventories against physical counts and investigate discrepancies. Prepare reports of inventory balances, shortages and discrepancies. Organize warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution according to supervisor instructions. Maintain inventory count through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end physical inventories. Assist in maintaining accurate reports by sub-organizations, RMAs, HFI’s, and WIP. Identify expired inventory (SLOB) and dispose of it per guidelines. Maintain product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO). Interact positively with all leadership levels and serve as a reliable point of contact on special projects. Adhere to all safety rules, GMPs, and Niagara policies. Maintain high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity. Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
