Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a specialized Oncology Nursing Unit. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support adult Med-Surg Oncology and Hematology patients across all care phases, including diagnosis, treatment, recovery, palliative care, and hospice transition. Key Responsibilities Administer anti-neoplastic and immunotherapy agents Manage oncology-related emergencies Offer compassionate support to patients and families Contribute to a patient-centered, evidence-based practice environment Support quality improvement and innovative therapies like BiTEs Uphold nursing standards, policies, and system goals Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred) Current RN license (single or multi-state) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Less than 1 year of clinical experience; prior direct patient care preferred Knowledge of nursing practice, ethics, and safety standards Additional Details The role involves working in a collaborative, supportive environment with dedicated staff, specialized equipment, and a focus on professional growth, evidence-based care, and patient advocacy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
