Overview The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate to join the team. Responsibilities Equity and executive compensation Proxy disclosures Employment and severance agreements IRC Sections 280G and 409A Mergers & acquisitions IPOs Qualifications 3-6 years of experience with compensation and benefits Excellent academic credentials Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills Compensation and Benefits Expected annual pay range: $260,000-$390,000 (dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate).
