School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) – Oklahoma City, OK | $45+/Hour

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Active Oklahoma PT license
* School-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for working with children and adolescents

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
* Provide direct therapy services to students
* Develop and implement IEP goals
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
* Collaborate with educators, families, and other members of the student support team
