Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Educate patients and families: Teach patients and their families about therapy methods to facilitate continued progress at home.

Track and adjust treatment: Monitor clinical progress and modify plans to ensure each patient remains on their pathway to success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Ongoing education or certification advancement is encouraged and supported.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
