Company CDL-A Driver Overview
- Strong annual earnings. Top performers earn up to $100,000 per year* based on experience, with the fleet averaging between $1,400 - $2,000 each week, with multiple ways to grow your paycheck. Annual average is $77,500 per year.
- Weekly minimum guarantee. As your average builds, your floor grows with you - up to $1,400. Slow weeks don't wreck your paycheck.
- Bonuses and extras that reward your work. Additional earnings available through built in Safety incentive paid out weekly for accident-free weeks, Short Haul incentive pay, HazMat pay, detention pay, stop pay, trainer pay, clean inspection pay, + overnight parking reimbursement.
- Guaranteed home time options. Regional drivers typically run weekly with two days home, while OTR drivers can run 12-14 days out with three days home.
- Driver-friendly freight with modern muscle. Haul Dry Van freight across the Midwest and Northeast with 100% no-touch and 63% drop + hook, driving Freightliners and Volvos that average three years old or newer - equipped with inverters and refrigerators for life on the road.
- Technology and support that have your back. Advanced cab and fleet tech, including in-cab navigation with Trucker Path, make every run smoother, backed by 24/7 driver support and no forced dispatch so you stay in control every mile.
