Supply Chain Associate

Managing supplier relations, the full-time Supply Chain Associate will execute and expedite purchase orders while working remotely, ensuring timely delivery of products and assisting in inventory management and cost negotiations. Key responsibilities Document incoming purchase order confirmations and follow up with suppliers on discrepancies Manage purchase orders through SAP/ECC and assist with back order follow-ups and tracking shipments Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and provide training for new personnel as needed Required qualifications 0-2 years of experience in a related field preferred High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred Experience with computer systems and inventory management tools Good customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
