Creekside Post Acute has an immediate opening for Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our growing team.

The PTA establishes treatment plans and treats patients using a variety of methods including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patient’s pain and help them increase their mobility.
