Role Name - ServiceNow ArchitectKey Responsibilities:Define the overall ServiceNow architecture strategy and roadmap.Design end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).Establish best practices for system design, integrations, and data modelingDefine and enforce development standards, governance processes, and code qualityReview and approve technical designs and implementation approachesMaintain platform health, performance optimization, and upgradesLead complex ServiceNow implementations and transformationsCollaborate with developers, administrators, and functional teamsProvide technical guidance during sprints and project lifecycleWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirementsTranslate business needs into technical solutionsAdvise leadership on platform capabilities and strategic directionEnsure platform adheres to security best practices and compliance requirementsIdentify opportunities for automation and process optimizationEvaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoptionDrive innovation and modernization initiativesProficiency in:JavaScript (Glide scripting)ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP)Integration frameworks (IntegrationHub, MID Server)Skills:Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)Experience Required: 6-8 years
