Shifts: Primarily ICU, with potential to float to CVICU and Med/Surg Tele units


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in CVICU to join a dynamic team in Hyannis, MA. This travel assignment focuses on providing exceptional critical care in a hospital environment, predominantly within the ICU and CVICU settings, with flexibility to support Med/Surg Tele units as operational needs arise.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU - Travel

• Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Administer and monitor patient responses to medications
• Direct and guide patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel
• Utilize the nursing process to maintain accurate patient records
• Provide documentation of patient assessments throughout hospital admission
• Summarize assessment data and initiate plan of care
• Assume and demonstrate proficiency in the role of charge nurse
• Serve as a resource for patient care, orientation, and teaching staff
• Adhere to safety, blood/body fluid policies, and procedures
• Maintain documentation of professional development activities

Requirements of the RN - CVICU - Travel

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
• Prior critical care experience required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Preferred certifications: De-escalation, BSN, CCRN, TCAR
• Skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and intracranial pressure monitoring preferred
