- Nationally accredited certification in aerobics or fitness instruction (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred)
- Certifications in specific fitness class formats preferred (HIIT, Circuit, Strength, Yoga, etc.)
- Experience leading exercise classes for clients of all fitness levels
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and engage participants in a group setting
- Lead safe, effective, and engaging exercise classes
- Maintain all required certifications and education requirements
- Follow instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures accurately
- Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and standards
- Represent the Crunch brand with professionalism and model behavior consistent with the company’s mission
- Respond to member questions or concerns, escalating to management as needed
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
- Comply with all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned or modified as needed
- Attend monthly or weekly department meetings
- Participate in scheduled employee training sessions
