It involves working with a team to support physical, mental, and emotional health needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties: Nursing Assessment: Evaluate the physical, mental, and emotional status of consumers Care Planning: Develop and adjust treatment plans using nursing standards and facility guidelines Medication Oversight: Administer medications and monitor responses to treatment Team Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care and share important observations Safety Practices: Follow crisis prevention, infection control, and safety procedures in all care settings Staff Guidance: Provide direction, support, and education to assigned personnel Interested in learning more? Positions are available on 2nd shift (6 shifts of 6:45pm-7:15am along with 1 shift of 2:45pm to 11:15pm, 30 minute lunch). Rotating schedule, work every other weekend, and holidays as assigned. 2nd shift receives $1.25/hour shift differential New hires may be eligible for a $1,000.00 Retention Incentive Payment, provided you meet all criteria outlined in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Ne cessary Special Requirements: This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. If you are within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting. At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license.
