Entry-Level Loan Operations Associate
A leading financial services organization is seeking an Entry-Level Loan Operations Associate to join a high-performing team supporting loan servicing and operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career within banking, financial services, operations, or loan administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Support loan servicing and operational activities related to customer and account transactions.
- Review, process, and maintain loan-related documentation and records.
- Perform transactional and administrative support functions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Research and resolve routine operational issues while escalating more complex situations when appropriate.
- Communicate with internal business partners to obtain information and resolve processing questions.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within multiple systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship, customer service, administrative, banking, financial services, military, or operations experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
