Compassionate Physical Therapist Outpatient Rehab

UF Health in Jacksonville is seeking a Physical Therapist who examines and evaluates patients and develops effective treatment plans tailored to each condition. You will measure progress, adjust plans as needed, and educate patients to help achieve optimal outcomes.

Minimum education GED or high school diploma; BLS certification required. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred; you will work with patients of all ages and collaborate with care teams to support recovery.
