Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

We Are Hiring

Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is looking for a full time Advance Practice Provider to join our team at our clinic in Clarksville, TN. Full Time M-F 10 hour shifts. CME allowance + dedicated CME days Malpractice coverage with tail.

What You Will Do

Position Highlights:

• M - F Outpatient Clinic
• Cardiology experience preferred
• APP experience is required
• Treating patients in an Cardiac outpatient rural clinic
• Working with 3 full time Physicians and one other APP with additional Cardiology Physicians and an APP rotating through the clinic
• Taking care of your panel of patients as well as very limited hospital duties including prior authorizations if needed.

• Established practice featuring a long-standing interventional cardiologist, an invasive non-interventional cardiologist, two advanced practitioners, and access to rotating heart failure and electrophysiology specialists.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required
