Finance Director

Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Director, the full-time remote position will manage financial data analysis, develop robust forecasting models, and provide strategic recommendations to guide decision-making while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Key responsibilities Conduct detailed financial analyses to evaluate key performance indicators and trends, ensuring data accuracy across multiple business units Design and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasting tools aligned with company objectives and growth strategies Lead the budgeting process by integrating financial trends, market conditions, and strategic goals to ensure realistic budgets Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field An MBA is strongly preferred 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in FP&A, financial modeling, or data analysis, preferably in technology or professional services sectors Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with a solid understanding of data reconciliation techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
