Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver patient-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.Assist in the education of patients and their families regarding health management and post-discharge care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.QualificationsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate degree may be considered.Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.Previous nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing needs of patients.This position will require working weekends, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays.
