Chief of Staff

A rapidly growing, private equity-backed company in North Atlanta is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO. This is a highly visible role focused on driving organizational effectiveness, executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution across the company. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier to the CEO, ensuring key initiatives move forward, leadership teams remain aligned, and critical business priorities are executed effectively. This position is ideal for a strategic operator who enjoys solving complex business challenges, creating structure, and influencing outcomes across multiple functions without relying on formal authority. Key Responsibilities Drive the company's executive operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional reviews. Own executive-level reporting, metrics tracking, and leadership scorecards. Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, and decision-support documents. Coordinate and drive progress on high-priority strategic initiatives. Facilitate communication, alignment, and accountability across leadership teams. Develop processes that improve decision making, transparency, and organizational effectiveness. Track commitments, action items, and key deliverables through completion. Support executive-level planning, business reviews, and board preparation activities. Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across critical initiatives and drive resolutions. Help optimize executive time, focus, and organizational priorities. Qualifications Required 7+ years of professional experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or related leadership roles. Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. Experience developing and managing KPIs, dashboards, and business performance metrics. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. High levels of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence. Preferred Previous Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting experience. Exposure to large-scale operational, systems, or transformation initiatives.
