About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Good Samaritan Society – Sunset Drive in Mandan, ND, as a Clinical Care Leader. In this role, you will oversee clinical nursing operations in a post-acute, long-term care setting, ensuring exceptional resident care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining clinical compliance.

Shifts are typically 8a-4:30pm with on call coverage every 5th weekend.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (LTC/Post-Acute management preferred).

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required upon submission.

• Certifications: Current BLS Certification required.

• EHR Proficiency: Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) charting system preferred.

• Education: BSN is welcome but not required.
