Position Overview As a Customer Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in supporting our HVAC and Plumbing operations by scheduling and dispatching technicians, optimizing routes, coordinating appointments, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position serves as a key point of contact for our customers and field teams, helping ensure every job is handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Review and optimize technician routes to improve productivity and response times. Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide exceptional customer service. Accurately enter and maintain work order and customer information within company systems. Create and manage dispatch numbers for ordered parts. Monitor and follow up on part orders to ensure timely completion. Schedule installation appointments when parts become available. Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal team members. Resolve scheduling issues and make real-time adjustments as priorities change. Support daily operations by ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
