Now Hiring: General Labor – Opportunity to Learn Skilled Trade

Ready to get started in a hands-on role with room to grow? People Plus are hiring a dependable, mechanically inclined individual for a full-time General Labor position supporting skilled trade work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn on the job and advance over time.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM- Depending on the week, hours could range from 30-40 hours.

Pay: $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate

What You’ll Do:

1. Perform general labor duties on job sites
2. Assist skilled technicians with installations and repairs
3. Use electrical hand tools such as drills and saws
4. Handle materials and support daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

1. Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
2. Previous plumbing or HVAC experience is a plus
3. Comfortable using power tools
4. Dependable and eager to learn
