Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Producer on behalf of Brightway, Greene Agency (Dade City, FL) in Dade City, FL. This is a full-time remote sales role with access to Brightway's national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential.

Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers. Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency. Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

Licensed P&C sales agent, 1-3 years of experience. Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
