Job Title: Warehouse Associate

City and State: Elgin, IL

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1st Shift)

Employment Type: Evaluation Hire

Summary:
The Operations Team Member supports warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards. This role is responsible for inventory handling, product preparation, packaging, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
Load, unload, and organize inventory using FIFO practices.
Batch, package, and label products according to specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and food-compliant work environment.
Operate warehouse equipment and support daily production activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1 year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or production experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Forklift, Reach Truck, and WMS experience preferred.
