FLOOR TECHNICIAN (PART TIME)

Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment at Summit Cancer Care. Pays $16.00 to $16.50 per hour for part‑time work. Location: Summit Cancer Care – 225 Candler Drive, Savannah, GA 31405. Online applications only. Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours may vary. Minimum 2 years of floor care experience required. Essential Functions Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment and automated equipment for large‑area cleaning. Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques. Ability to follow safety procedures. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
