What You'll Do

As a Senior Retail Associate, you'll help lead store operations and elevate the authentic Soccer Post customer experience. Working closely with your Store Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader who keeps the store running smoothly, motivates the team, and ensures every customer leaves happy.

You will:

• Lead by example and live the values that define the Soccer Post brand
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching new team members
• Coach staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
• Help drive sales strategies to meetor beatstore goals
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment
• Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and events
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and positivity
• Address team performance issues according to company guidelines
• Stay informed about upcoming product launches and promotions
• Partner with store leadership on marketing and promotional activities
• Support team orders, special orders, and community-focused initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing store environment
• Jump in wherever you're neededbecause you're a true team player

What You Bring

• Prior retail sales experience with keyholder and supervisory responsibilities
• A natural leadership style that inspires confidence and motivates teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure
• Understanding of store budgets or willingness to learn
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for community engagement
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Occasional desk and computer work
