Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research using online databases, surveys, reports, and public sources
- Analyze consumer trends, customer preferences, and buying behavior
- Assist in competitor analysis, including pricing, products, and marketing strategies
- Collect and organize data using Excel, Google Sheets, or research tools
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing key findings
- Support the team in designing and distributing surveys and questionnaires
- Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and growth trends
- Present research insights to support marketing, sales, and product decisions
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and documentation
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data analysis and market research methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Basic understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
