Position Overview Position Overview: As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC’s Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Vero Beach, Florida. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Responsibilities Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2million in sales revenue. Lead proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Manage and grow business banking relationships under $2million in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and maximize business results using tools and protocols. Build ecosystem leadership, acting as a point of contact with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up. Provide exceptional client hospitality and well‑being, solving problems courteously and with urgency, escalating when necessary. Act as an advocate for clients across departments, identifying trends and unique needs. Assist branch teams in identifying consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals. Conduct lobby engagement activities, educate clients on options, and apply product knowledge to resolve issues. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and high scrutiny. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish preferred. University or college degree, or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service). 0–1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. Strong knowledge of banking products, customer experience, technology, prospecting, sales, communication, and risk management. Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state. Willingness to undergo background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
