Position Assistant Restaurant Manager – Mina's Fish House, Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina. Location Ko Olina, Oahu, Hawaii. A luxury resort on the island's sunny Western Coast, featuring beachfront, pools, lagoons, golf, and spa. About the Role The Assistant Restaurant Manager reports to the Restaurant General Manager and plans, organizes, controls, and directs the work of employees in Mina's Fish House Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Strong guest engagement skills to develop guest rapport and achieve high guest comment card scores above benchmark. Demonstrate five-star and five-diamond service excellence on the restaurant floor, leadership, food and beverage knowledge, and attention to service standard compliance detail. Exercise strong inventory controls and understand international wines, spirits, and beers. Provide a strong bar background and drive innovative mixology programs. Use an innovative style to drive a dynamic restaurant operation, creating unique and one-of-a-kind guest experiences. Qualifications College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent required. 1–2 years prior experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in food & beverage required. Strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required. Benefits Competitive salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.
