Customer Service Representative / Sales Support

-Pay: $22-26/hr DOE

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients and supporting a busy sales team?
We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative / Sales Support to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

-Qualifications:
• Previous customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Additional Skills

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, and follow-up
• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks and general office support
• Build positive relationships with customers while delivering outstanding service
