Patient Care Coordinator ( Spanish Speaker)
Location: 88-11 Jamaica Ave, Woodhaven, NY 11421
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will support patients throughout their care journey by coordinating appointments, communicating insurance information, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
Communicate insurance benefits and patient responsibilities.
Assist patients with questions and treatment-related information.
Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate with therapists and healthcare professionals.
Support clinic operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Healthcare or Physical Therapy clinic experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
(Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
