Medical Assistant The Medical Assistant plays a critical role in supporting clinicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This position is responsible for assisting with clinical and administrative tasks in a family practice medical clinic. Front and back office duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with the use of an EHR/EMR called eClinicalWorks; performing patient intake, vitals, and charting; preparing treatment rooms; handling appointment scheduling; helping with billing and coding; and providing excellent patient service. Require a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably 2 years of medical assisting experience. Pay: $19.00 hourly | Full‑time Customer Service Representative Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Duties include managing telephone orders, maintaining inventory records, providing product knowledge, and processing paperwork.
