Key Qualifications Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Current or eligible for DE SLP license (must provide license and resume to be considered, SLP‑CF excepted) SLP‑CCC credential strongly preferred; SLP‑CFs are welcome to apply Previous experience in school settings and with pediatric caseloads a plus Skilled in assessment, IEP development, and progress tracking Excellent communication and collaboration skills Able to work onsite (remote or assistant positions not available for this role) Responsibilities Deliver speech and language therapy to school‑age children, primarily within a supportive elementary environment Manage a school‑based caseload and support Early Intervention as required Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster student success Adapt interventions and communication as needed for individual student needs Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, proactive school culture Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a dedicated speech-language pathologist for the 2026‑2027 academic year.
