Job Title: IT Support
Location: Bend, OR – Onsite
Pay Rate: $24.29/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Must Have
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Own reliable vehicle and valid car insurance
Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and repair laptops and desktop computers throughout the Bend metro and surrounding areas.
- Troubleshoot and replace computer components, including:
- Hard drives
- Motherboards
- Keyboards
- PC peripherals
- Perform whole-unit computer swaps when needed.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Update and close service tickets in real time using the company-provided phone and Call Management system.
- Travel to customer locations as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of hands-on experience repairing laptops and desktops.
- Computer-building or assembly experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between service locations.
- Must be able to pass required background and/or clearance checks.
