HR Business Partner Analyst Strategic People Partner

The University of South Carolina Division of Administration and Finance seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to join its HRBP unit. As the primary contact for assigned departments, this position initiates, manages, and monitors HR activities to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency. Working with area leadership and hiring managers, the position advises on compensation for hiring and position changes, initiates and approves ongoing additional pay actions, and develops salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
