Filling Line Lead

Summary The Filling Line Crew Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating a team of production workers on the filling line, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the line while meeting production goals and quality standards. Qualification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment Strong knowledge of filling line operations and equipment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment Strong knowledge of filling line operations and equipment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Able to work in a fast-paced team environment CGMP experience preferred Supervisory Responsibilities Yes Essential Functions Supervise and direct the work of a team of production workers on the filling line Ensure all production activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner Monitor and maintain line performance and quality standards Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of production goals Train and develop team members to improve their skills and efficiency Monitor and maintain inventory levels and equipment Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving efforts Adhere to all company policies and procedures Physical Demands Prolonged standing Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus Reaching with hands and arms Will be exposed to noise and temperature variations The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
