Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

Position: A key role in our management group supporting 40 years of producing the safest, highest quality food - the press has called us the Gucci of Surimi - onsite in picturesque Anacortes, Washington with view of the ocean and snowcapped mountains from the office.

Preferred Requisites:

• Experience in food manufacturing, inspections and lab analysis testing
• Compliance knowledge for GFSI - SQF, FDA, HACCP, USDC, WSDA
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to implement digitization of QA & QC data and records compatible with other functions
• Management enforcement xhyhwjd skills for SOPs and policies
• Experience in audit management and corrective action
• Business acumen and open to advancement

Compensation:

Starting salary: $35/hr. - $42/hr. DOE, Health Insurance, 401-K, paid holidays and vacation,
