Gynecologic OncologistThe Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Gynecologic Oncologist to join our growing hospital-based practice as an attending physician. The division of GYN Oncology at BIDMC consists of five attending physicians, two midlevel providers, and a team of dedicated nurses and support staff who are committed to inclusivity and quality in the care of a diverse patient population as part of a multidisciplinary team of medical and surgical oncologists, radiologists, and radiation oncologists, the candidate will provide personalized care, innovative therapeutics, and surgical procedures to optimize patient outcomes. Ambulatory care and surgeries will take place both at the main campus in Boston, which will serve as the primary work location, as well as approximately one day a week at affiliate clinical sites and hospitals in the greater Boston area. HMFP physicians have faculty affiliations with Harvard Medical School (HMS) and provide care throughout BILH system and additional hospitals across Massachusetts.Pay Range:$345,000-$535,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
