Regulatory Reporting RoleRegulatory Reporting is looking for a driven individual to assume a critical role within the Policy Reporting and Proof of Coverage (POC) Department. Responsibilities include monitoring the timeliness & accuracy of our Workers Compensation data to Regulatory Organizations, identifying system issues, and assisting our internal & external customers with all Policy & POC inquiries.About the RoleIdentify disconnects, omissions, and errors in underwriting issuance and servicing processes to reduce carrier fines and insured penalties.Interpretation and dissemination of Regulatory requirements/updates and their potential impacts on underwriting processes, issuance systems requirements.Make recommendations on and assist in the coordination of systems changes to maintain data compliance/quality. Responsibilities include writing, testing, and implementing the new/updated requirementsReview U/W systems to confirm accuracy of submissions/issuances.Facilitate communication, cohesion and resolution among underwriters, brokers, and insureds. Attend broker meetings when necessaryResearch and clear system and state returned errors from the reporting system in a timely manner by working with the Internal and External parties. Investigate, identify the root cause, and provide solutions for management.What We're Looking ForStrong analytical & excellent organizational skills1+ year of business experience.
