As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door. You'll help create an exceptional customer experience while working with a team that values hard work, positivity, and growth.

Schedule

Part-Time: Up to 29 hours per week. Availability Needed:

• Monday-Friday (Mornings & Afternoons/Evening Shifts)
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Schedules vary based on business needs.
What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding service
• Process garment drop-offs and pickups
• Operate the point-of-sale system
• Handle payments and customer transactions
• Assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders
• Promote services, specials, and seasonal offers
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
• Balance cash drawer and complete daily closing tasks
