(Centered Around Residents’ Experience) First! philosophy and attendance expectations.**Minimum experience:*** High school diploma or GED* Two years of floor technician experience* Knowledge of stripping and finishing, burnishing, scrubbing, light carpet extraction, deep carpet extraction, and upholstery extraction.**Additional experience:*** Experience working in a senior living community**Schedule*** 1st Shift: 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., occasional weekends* 2nd Shift: 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., occasional weekends***Southminster is open year-round, which will require availability to work evenings, some weekends, and holidays.*** Make a difference where it matters.
