QC Raw Materials Supervisor
$37 - $40 per hourEurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a QC Raw Materials Supervisor for their Rensselaer, NY facility to oversee raw material testing and quality operations while leading laboratory teams. The role combines hands-on pharmaceutical utilities testing with supervisory responsibilities including team training, resource allocation, and GMP compliance oversight.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sample collection, handling, and testing of pharmaceutical utilities including air, gas, and water systems
- Lead laboratory teams, coordinate employee training, and manage GMP-related onboarding documentation
- Investigate quality deviations, implement corrective measures, and maintain controlled documentation per cGMP requirements
- Plan workloads, allocate resources, and monitor team performance against quality and productivity metrics
- Communicate findings to cross-functional teams and support client needs in a client-facing environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related science field, or equivalent directly-related experience
- 2+ years of GMP experience in regulated environments
- 5+ years of industry leadership experience managing teams
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
- ISO 8 cleanroom experience preferred
Compensation: $37.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience
