Remote Banking Customer Advocate

UMB Bank

UMB is hiring a Consumer Services Specialist to handle inbound service center calls and build relationships with customers. You will resolve bank-related questions, access client data across several systems, and cross-sell suitable products. The role requires a high school diploma, English fluency, and 1–2 years of service experience. You must be able to work varied shifts Mon–Fri 7am–8pm CT and Sat 8am–5pm CT, with a comprehensive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
